Dear Residents,

Re: Antisocial Behaviour

Following a number of complaints regarding Anti-Social Behaviour on the Cumock Estate, we are taking steps to highlight and target the areas on the Estate that are most affected by Anti-Social Behaviour.

With the above in mind, we are asking that residents keep a diary for the next 1-2 weeks (see attached example) of any antisocial behaviour that you experience or witness and email them to aarrv.malcolm@camden.cov.uk by Monday, 3rd July 2023.

Ways to Re ort Anti-Social Behaviour

Please also be aware that, there are a number of ways that you can report anti-social behaviour:

Reporting ASB incidents as they are happening

• Call 999 to report a crime that is taking place or about to take place
• The police number for non-emergencies is 101 (24 hours) or www.met.police.uk/report
• Crime Stoppers -anonymous crime reporting – 0800 555111
• Responsive Security Patrol (including CCTV) -operates every day and can witness activity, intervene or contact the police and report back to the Housing Officer on 020 7974 4444 between the hours of 4pm and 4am.
• If you find homeless people at this or any location, please call the Routes off the Street Team on 0808 800 0005 or report via the Safer Streets App www.CamdenRTS.co.uk

Reporting ASB incidents after they have happened

• Community Safety & Emergency Management Service to report issues around antisocial behaviour and to request advice and assistance on 020 7974 4444 or communitysafety@camden.gov.uk
• Your local Police Safer Neighbourhood Team can be contacted on 020 87212810 or stpancras.somerstown.snt@met.police.uk
• Local Ward Housing Office on 020 7974 4444 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Camden Council tenants & leaseholders).
