The situation on the Curnock Street Estate is getting rapidly worse, and the council is completely absent and not compliant with their responsibilities:

1. Flat 12 Darfield residents use fireworks and set waste bins on fire. COMPLAINT IN PROGRESS
2. Residents rent their flats as Airbnb against the leases. NO ACTION
3. Unauthorised alterations. SOME ACTION
4. Lights on
   • Billingley (unable to report) (WhatsApp REF:3573723/1) FIXED 15/08/2024,
   • Ravenscar (Ref: 3572831/1) NO ACTION
   • Street Light 1 (RF: 3562695/1 could not attend because of a bush!) has been off for months. NO ACTION
5. Residents have fire heaters under the trees, which are in danger of significant fires. NO ACTION.
6. Drug users and dealers are everywhere, and patrol is absent. NO ACTION
7. Veolia
   1. lies about the collection, COLLECTED 16/08/2024
   2. urinating inside our estate, COMPLAINT IN PROGRESS
8. Residents filled all the bins with commercial rubbish. NO ACTION
9. Camden Council’s website, which is related to the residents’ accounts, was down. FIXED

All of the above shows that the council cannot continue its duties.

I will launch an official complaint to the ombudsman and seek urgent legal advice.

It seems that the council and councillors are SILENT at the moment. They replied only for point 7 regarding urinating inside the estate.
