They have consistently and repeatedly used our bins instead of disposing their rubbish properly in front of their property at specific times and dates. We have escalated this matter now and we need your help.

Huge weekly increases for tenants

Residents are expected to pay £54.20 per week EXTRA on top of the current contribution of £19.71/week just for the heating pool. On top of that there is a 7% increase on on the rent and other service charges.

5 months ago Comments are DisabledCamden Council will be conducting some energy optimisation within the boiler room on 6th January 2023 to make your heating system more efficient. After this date, you may notice that when the weather is milder, your radiators are slightly less warm than usual, and when the weather is colder, your radiators are hotter. This won’t affect your home being at a comfortable temperature.
